a few pics from UTAH!!!

We only got to spend 2 days in Utah, so it was very short! We went to Hogle Zoo in the morning which was so fun! We all got on the carasel and we were getting some pretty dirty looks.. haha. It was funny! Jaden got to play with his best friend in the whole world, Kenzie!! (now every blonde girl about her size here in Texas, he is pointing at saying KENZIE!!- He is very excited for you to come visit in a couple weeks Kenz!)





Then we went to Thanksgiving Point, and my mom got a photographer to do our family pictures. I will post them when we get them back, but here a couple quick shots we got after we were done with the session.

the big show!

I just realized I never blogged about my bridal show on Sunday! It was SO much work to get ready for it, and make sure everything was perfect! But it ended up going really well! I felt really confident going into it, and out of the six other photographers there I was the ONLY ONE to book a wedding!! So that was really exciting! Unlike Utah and Idaho, Texas has a wedding market where brides have a LONG time to plan their weddings! I talked to multiple people who weren't getting married until 2010! WOW! Cameron and I met in February and where married in July.. 5 months! So it's weird to get used to this different culture, but it has been a lot of fun! Also people are willing to spend a lot more money on weddings here, which is nice ;)

Anyway, I didn't bring my camera to the show, just my ghetto point and shoot, so these pictures will give you a bit of an idea of how it looked! (the picture above is from our local newspaper!)

okay, before you read this post remember that I pretty much haven't done any blogging for a couple weeks, so I am probably going to go on FOREVER!!

we went to idaho then utah during cameron's break from school. i will post pics from our utah trip at another time... this is a start!

Jaden LOVED hanging out at Grandma and Grandpa Berrett's house. They have so much space outside to roam around and have lots of freedom! He loves their dogs, Copper and Candy. He is still walking around our house calling Copper.

They have this amazing vegetable garden, Jaden would go out there with Grandma to "pick a pea!"

Grandma and Grandpa took us to BEAR WORLD!! It was so cool, it is one of those drive through parks, with tons of bears. Then they have a petting zoo, which we thought was pretty cool. Here are some of our favorite pictures from it.

My favorite part of the trip I don't have any pictures of... Sharon took me to go get a hour long massage it was AMAZING! Changed my life- maybe not that dramatic, but it was so so fun and relaxing! Thanks for such a fun trip Grandma and Grandpa! Hope you love the pics!

Still Alive!

We are still here... happy... healthy... and alive. We have been VERY busy getting ready for the bridal fair here in Waco on Sunday. I have lots of pictures I want to post from this month, and our trip to Idaho/Utah! I will be back on Monday to do it all!
