We planned a last minute trip and went to California to go to the beach & disneyland!!
On the plane on the way there!
Day one was our beach day! And it was kinda a chilly day! We were used to 110 degree weather in Texas, and it was about 70 degrees that day. So we just wandered the beach and explored, collecting sea shells & splashing in the waves.
Day Two was Disneyland!
Kennedy told us she wasn't nervous about the characters at all...
this picture will forever be one of my funniest memories of this trip. We did our first ride on Space Mountain, we had been talking up how exciting it was that they could go on all the big kid rides, so they were pretty excited. Well, the ride started & Cam was 100% positive that kennedy had passed out. He was SO worried that, because she was passed out that she had no control of her head, and would get whip lash or something, so was holding onto her for dear life. He even considered putting his fingers in her mouth so she wouldn't accidently bite her tongue. Well, we get off the ride, and he tells me, "Kennedy was passed out that entire ride!" We walk around the corner to see the pictures and here was this little gem...
clearly not passed out... a little terrified, but not passed out. we were dying laughing!!
This ride she liked, which me and Jaden were surprised to hear, because of the scary snow monster guy inside... turns out she had her eyes closed the whole time :)
this kid was a champ on the rides, he was having the best day ever!

another thing I remember doing is this, and we have a picture of me with my brothers & cousin in here, ah nostalgia!
we watched the parade, and all of the princesses waved and blew kisses to kennedy, it was so sweet, she was waving, and blowing kisses back.
day two was California adventure! other than the new cars rides, there was almost no lines, it was awesome! we did the tower of terror twice, which the kids claim was their favorite ride... however, they look a little scared here
so brave!

in raidiator springs!!! I swear it felt SO real life, it was by far my favorite part of disney! it felt like we were actually in the place where they filmed it! (and yes, I know its animation)
i think this was on luigi's flying tires ride, super fun!
another parade, pixar this time!
i only got to go on a couple rides with kennedy, because she needed daddy's protection on most, but this was an easy one
my very favorite ride, the radiator springs racers, SO fun!! :)
