Vegas!!

In February we went to Vegas!!

The day before we left, on Valentines Day, Jaden got pink eye :(

When we got in, one of my besties, Em came and picked us up at the airport, and let us use their car for the week!We all went to the children's museum first together! It was so so fun to have the kids together again, they were our very first friends in Law School, and we love them so much!

We said goodbye for the day and headed to my Aunt Nola's house! But first a Krispy Kreme donut stop!!

you can tell she is my picture girl... most pictures i take of her were her idea. i love this one!

we made it to aunt nola's house and spent the evening with them, that night poor jaden developed an ear infection, and had a sad night :(

the next morning we woke up and went to ihop with our besties again!

jade talked her into taking them to Mcd's for happy meals. they were pretty much spoiled like crazy all week!

auntie nola put together a fun craft to celebrate president's day & jade's middle name! it was a george washington craft, with an apple tree (or was it a cherry tree? im so bad!)

throughout the week we did 3 separate parts of a photo shoot for Tori's senior pictures! I had so much fun taking them, and she was so incredibly fun/easy to photograph! early one of the mornings we went out to an old ghost town for one of the shoots, then went to the airport on the way home to pick up my Mom & sisters. the kids were SO excited to see them!!

that day while sitting outside enjoying the beautiful day, Sissy fell into the pool. Nola was the hero and jumped straight in to rescue her. it was scary/crazy.

that night after another photo shoot we went to olive garden. the kids ADORE these girls.

Sunday my photography conference (WPPI) that I came for started. Everyone else went to church.. including these two cuties:
and i met some of my favorite photographers

then mom, lauren & kenz took the kids back to Utah so I could finish my conference. grandpa got sissy this special bunny in a purse (which she is still carrying around everywhere 2 months later)

and I got to see Em one more time for a girls night!! It was magical :) And may or may not have included ihop... again...
then i flew back to utah to meet up with the kidlets
and got to see Brookston who is getting SOOO big!! 2 years old now!

the trip was too short, but so fun and amazing!! we love every time we get to see our family, and miss them like crazy already!!
